骨肉瘤组织中Cox-2，Fas的表达及其临床意义

目的研究环氧合酶2（Cox-2），Fas在骨肉瘤中的表达，探讨其在骨肉瘤发生、发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化免疫组织化学染色法（SP法）检测38例骨肉瘤组织、20例骨软骨瘤组织中Cox-2，Fas的表达。结果22例（57．9％）的骨肉瘤组织表达Cox-2阳性，显著高于骨软骨瘤组织的表达率（25．0％）（P〈0．05）。21．1％的骨肉瘤组织表达Fas阳性，骨软骨瘤阳性率为45．0％（P〈0．01）。骨软骨瘤组织的表达率为20．0％（P〈0．01）。Cox-2表达上调和Fas表达下调与骨肉瘤的临床分期密切相关，Cox-2的表达与Fas的表达密切相关。结论在骨肉瘤组织中Cox-2和Fas的表达异常，提示它们可能对骨肉瘤的发展起重要作用。

Significance of expression of Cox-2 and Fas in cases of osteosarcoma

Objective To study the expression of Cox - 2 and Fas in osteosarcoma and their effect on carcinogenesis and development of osteosarcoma. Methods Immunohistochemical assay （ SP method） was applied to detect the expression of Cox - 2 and Fas in osteosarcoma tissues of 38 cases and in osteochondroma tissues of 20 cases. Results The expression of Cox - 2 was detected in a greater proportion of osteosarcoma （ 57. 9% ） than that of osteochondroma （25.0%） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of Fas in osteosarcoma （21.1% ） was significantly lower than that of osteochondroma （45.0%） （ P 〈0.01 ）. The expression of Cox -2 and Fas was closely correlated with tumor stage and poor differentiation. Cox - 2 positive cases were strongly correlated with Fas expression. Conclusion The abnormal expression of Cox - 2 and Fas in osteosarcoma sugges- ted that they may be involved in the pathogenesis of osteosarcoma.
