2011年-2013年上海市叶榭社区伤害监测结果分析

目的：了解社区伤害的发生情况，为其预防控制提供科学依据。方法选择叶榭镇社区卫生服务中心为伤害监测的哨点医院，对2011年1月1日—2013年12月31日首次就诊于哨点医院的伤害患者进行调查。结果共调查8953例患者，其中男5406例（60.38%），女3547例（39.62%）；伤害高发年龄为25岁~64岁年龄组，占66.82%；以生产运输设备操作人员及有关人员伤害比例最高，占33.75%；7月为伤害发生的最高发月份，一天中以12：00~13：00为最高峰；39.14%的伤害发生在家中；跌倒/坠落（43.47%）为伤害发生的最主要原因。结论叶榭镇社区居民伤害以跌倒/坠落为主，受伤程度较轻，劳动力人口是伤害威胁的重点人群，社区伤害防制应加强对未入院就诊伤害人群的监测。

Analysis of injury surveillance data in Shanghai City Songjiang district Yexie town from 2011 to 2013

Objective To understand the occurrence of injuries in community, and provide scientific basis for prevention and control of community injury. Methods The choice of Yexie Town Community Health Service Center for injury surveillance from January 1,2011 to December 31,2013, on the first visit to a sentinel hospitals were surveyed the injury. Results Totally 8953 injured cases were investigated, including 5406 cases of the male (60.38%),3547 cases of the female (39.62%). High incidence was found in age group of 25~64 year-old (66.82%). The production of transportation equipment operating personnel and relevant personnel accounted for the highest proportion of 33.57%. It was at a high risk in July and a peak of 12:00~13:00 in a day. 39.14% of the injuries occurred at home. Falling (43.47%) was the main reason for injury. Conclusions Falling injury was the mainly injury in Yexie Town and the injury was minor. The labors were the risk population. Community injury prevention and control should be strengthened surveillance of the injury who without visited hospital for treatment.
