镇静镇痛前后吸痰对开颅术后颅内压的影响观察

目的：探讨镇静镇痛前后吸痰对颅内高压症患者颅内压（ICP）的影响。方法对开颅术后行ICP监测的51例重症患者分别采用镇静镇痛前吸痰与镇静镇痛后吸痰，监测其吸痰前、吸痰中、吸痰后ICP值波动变动情况。结果镇静镇痛后吸痰中、吸痰后ICP与镇静镇痛前吸痰中、吸痰后ICP相比差异有显著统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论良好的镇静镇痛后吸痰较镇静镇痛前对ICP的影响较小。

Effect of sputum suction to patients' intracranial pressure after craniotomy before and after sedation and analgesia

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of sputum suction to the intracranial pressure of patients with intracranial hypertension before and after sedation and analgesia.MethodsSputum suctionbefore and after sedation and analgesia were used respectively for the 51 cases of critical patients who have been given continuous ICP monitoring after craniotomy. The change of ICP was monitored when patients were before suctioning and in suctioning and after suctioning.ResultsThe difference of ICP in suctioning and after suctioning between patients who were given sedation and analgesia and who were not given sedation and analgesia was statistically significant(P<0.01).ConclusionThere is smaller impact on ICP of patients who were given good sedation and analgesia before sputum suction compared to who were not given sedation and analgesia.
