子宫下段剖宫产术的护理配合总结

目的：总结子宫下段剖宫产术的护理配合经验,促进产妇顺利康复。方法选取2014年9月—2015年9月我院收治的产妇266例,行子宫下段剖宫产术并给予相关护理配合。结果手术均获成功,术后无感染,无并发症、后遗症发生,均达到有效治疗的目的。结论开展有效的护理配合,可以缩短子宫下段剖宫产术手术时间、减少出血量、避免手术并发症,提高患者满意度,保证手术获得成功。

With the lower uterine cesarean section nursing

Objective Summary of lower uterine cesarean section nursing clinical experience,better save lives, reduce and avoid the occurrence of maternal complications,sequelae after operation,promote the parturient recover smoothly.Methods From 2013 October to 2014 October,266 cases of maternal,for lower uterine cesarean section and give the related nursing.Results The operations were successful;no postoperative infection and complications, sequelae;all reach the goal of effective treatment.Conclusion To carry out effective nursing,can shorten operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding,avoid the operation complications,improve patient satisfaction,ensure operation success.
