新疆某三甲医院患者来源结构变动分析

目的：分析医院服务范围和患者来源特点，为医院经营管理提供参考依据。方法采集新疆某三甲综合医院出院患者来源信息，运用结构变动度方法分析患者来源的发展特点和结构变动度。结果2011年—2015年出院患者数量逐年稳步增长，年平均增长率达4.36%。住院患者以医院所在区县为主，占总出院患者的78.62%，为患者的主要来源。本市其他区县患者构成比一直相对稳定，平均保持在17.49%，为患者的第二大来源。历年医院所在区县患者结构变动贡献率一直较高，波动区间在26%~47%。结论某院患者来源相对固定单调，历年结构变动不大，稳固医院所在区县病源必须加强，发展本市其他区县病源需要深化，拓展本省其他市县病源需加倍努力。

Analysis on the structural changes of the patients in a hospital in Xinjiang

ObjectiveTo analyze the characteristics of hospital service scope and patient source,and to provide reference for hospital management.MethodsThe development characteristics and structural changes of the source of the patients were collected from the source information of the discharged patients in a tertiary general hospital in Xinjiang. ResultsThe number of patients discharged from hospital was steadily increasing year after year,with an average annual growth rate of 4.36%. The main source of the patient is 78.61%,which is the main source of the patient in the hospital. Over the years,the contribution rate of the patient's structural change in the district and county hospitals has been higher,the range of fluctuations in 26%~47%.ConclusionThe hospital patient derived relatively fixed monotone,significant change in the calendar year structure,stable hospital districts where the pathogen must strengthen,need to deepen in the development of the city and other districts and counties of pathogens, expand the province in other cities and counties pathogenic need to redouble our efforts.
