前庭功能检查中冷热与旋转试验的相关分析

目的：测定冷热与旋转试验的相关性。方法：总结１９９０年４月至９９６年１２月间因耳聋，眩晕就诊经冷热刺激前庭无反应之１００名患者（单侧９１例，双侧９例）进行旋转试验，采用正弦摆动和旋转骤停两刺激方式。结果：（１）除１则听神经瘤外，其余的９９人旋转试验均诱发出眼震；（２）９１例单侧无冷热反应者，向患侧之眼震慢相色速度（ＳＰＶ）均小于健侧；ｔ检验有统计学差异；（３）正弦，骤停两种旋转方式健／患侧ＳＰＶ比

The correlated analyses of caloric and rotational tests in the vestibular function test

Objective:This paper analysed the relativities between Caloric and Rotative tests. Methods:Basic vestibular function tests were evaluated in patients suffered from deafness and vergito. The sinusoidal and impulsive rotational tests were evaluated in 100 patients including 91 unilateral and 9 bilateral, which did not respond for Caloric tests, from April 1990 to December 1996. Results:(1) The nystagmus was evoked in each case, except a bilateral acoustic neuroma; (2) The slow phase velocity (SPV) of intact side was larger than the affected, there was statistically significant difference in the 91 cases with unilateral caloric absent responses; (3) Directional preponderance (DP) of sinusoidal and impulsive stimulati were consistent with Caloric test in 63 7% and 60 7% respectively. Conclusion:since coincident rate of Caloric and Rotative tests was 2/3, rotative test cannot take place of Caloric test toatally.
