摘    要:目的:探讨神经肽Y(NPY)在急性脑梗塞后的动脉变化及病理生理过程中的作用。方法:采用放射免疫法测定了30例急性脑梗塞患者血浆、尿及脑脊液(CSF)NPY的含量和动态变化。结果:急性脑梗塞患者血浆NPY在发病后3d降低、7d显著升高(P〈0.001),CSF中NPY在梗塞后3d升高(P〈0.05)。21d时血浆及CSF中NPY均降至正常,两者的变化无相关性(P〉0.05)。CSF中NPY在皮层下梗

Changes of neuropeptide Y in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid of the patients with acute cerebral infarction

Abstract:Objective:The aim of this study is to determine the levels of Neuropeptide Y (NPY) in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of patients with acute cerebral infarction and to observe its possible role in the pathogenesis. Methods:Radioimmunoassay was carried out to observe the changes of NPY in plasma and CSF in 30 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 30 normal controls. It was also observed whether NPY was related to region of infarction and the severity of illness. Results:The results showed that the levels of NPY in plasma were lower in the first 3 days following infarction and higher at the 7 days than those in the controls ( P <0 001) while the levels of NPY in CSF were significantly increased in the first 3 days after cerebral infarction ( P <0 05) and returned to the control levels at the 21 days. The spasma NPY levels were unrelated with the levels of CSF ( P >0 05). The levels of NPY in CSF were increased in the subcortical infarction, while in plasma no relationship with the rgeion of infarction. The levels of NPY in urine were no significantly chanes following acute cerebral infarction. Conclusion:These results suggested that changes of NPY in plasma and CSF are involved in pathogenesis of acute cerebral infarction.
