长江流域6城市156家医院2000年～2003年喹诺酮类药物利用分析

目的 :评价长江流域6城市医院喹诺酮类药物的利用情况及发展趋势。方法 :对长江流域6城市156家医院喹诺酮类药物的应用品种、购药金额和用药频度 (DDDs)等进行统计分析。结果 :2000年～2003年156家医院喹诺酮类药物购药金额、DDDs和限定日费用的年平均增长率分别为22. 08 %、2 .16 %和19. 50 % ,特别是高限定日费用的注射用药物增长速度较快 ,其用药金额和DDDs年平均增长率达到33. 22 %和33. 59 % ,而口服喹诺酮类药物相应的增长率仅为8. 57 %和—0. 88 %。左氧氟沙星位于购药金额的第1位 ,占喹诺酮类药物总金额的48. 22 % ,其DDDs占喹诺酮类药物总DDDs的25. 66 %。结论 :喹诺酮类药物的市场将继续扩大。

Analysis of Quinolones Used in 156 Hospitals in the Yangtze Valley During 2000～2003

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the current situation and the trend of development of quinolones used in156hospitals of6cities in the Yangtze valley.METHODS:Quinolones used in156hospitals of6cities in the Yangtze valley were analyzed statistically in respect of the kind,consumption amount and DDDs etc..RESULTS:During the period of2000～2003,the annual increasing rate for consumption sum,DDDs and the defined daily cost of Quinolones used in156hospitals were22.08%,2.16%and19.50%respectively,with that of the higher defined daily cost increased faster,of which the annual increase rates in consumption sum and DDDs were up to33.22%and33.59%respectively,while the increasing percentage of oral quinolones was8.57%and-0.88%.Levofloxacin,which ranked the first in consumption,accounted for48.22%of total consumption and25.66%in DDDs.CONCLUSION:The marketing of quinolones will be further expanded.
