| 摘 要： | 对１４例胃类癌的临床及病理生物学特点进行了探讨。肿瘤均＞２．５ｃｍ，形成溃疡者１２例，癌多侵及浆膜下和侵透浆膜，有淋巴结转移者８例，平均生存４１．６个月。提示恶性胃类癌生物学行为与进行期胃的生物学行类似，预后不佳。

| Abstract: | The biologic behavior and surgery of gastric carcinoids.Liu Qinghua,Shan Jixian,Chen Junqing,et al.1st Clinical College of Chian Medical University,Shenyang 110001 The characteristics of clinico pathologic biology of gastric carcinoids in 14 cases were studied in this paper.The size of all tumors in this group were over 2 5cm.Of them,12(85 7%)cases had ulcerative lesions.Tumors penetrated into subserosa in 7 cases and over serosa in 4 cases.Lymph nodes metastasis were seen in 8 cases(57 1%).The average survival time was 41 6 monthes.It was revealed that the biologic behavior of gastric carcinoid was similar with that of advanced gastric cancer.The prognosis of patients with gastric carcinoids were poor.The lymph node resection(D 2 or D 3 operation)should be performed in surgical treatment. |
