| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨动态心电图对老年冠心痛、心肌缺血的检出率，预防严重心脏事件发生的意义。方法：采用上海PI产12导同步动态心电图分析系统（DCG），对80例有ST-T改变的60岁以上老人的DCG进行记录分析。结果：老年无症状性心肌缺血的发生率高于有症状者。结论：心肌缺血的程度以及老年心绞痛报警系统的缺损，可能是老年无症状性心肌缺血的原因。

| Abstract: | Objective: Improve the examine rate of dynamic electrocardiogram toward coronary heart disease,myocardial ischemia of the olds and to prevent serious cardiac accident. Methods: Analysized 80 old patients of over the age of 60 with ST-T change by use of dynamic electro cardiogiam (DCG). Results:The occurence rate of myocardial ischemia of the olds with symptom was higher than there of with symptom. Conclusion: The extent of myocardial ischemia and the damage of the olds,angina pectoris warning system may be the reasons of the olds no symptom myocardial ischemia. |
