肝癌免疫治疗的临床进展

肝癌患者迫切需要新的有效的治疗方法,免疫治疗因为能够产生清除肿瘤细胞的特异性细胞免疫而受到关注。大量新的肝癌抗原的鉴定促进了肝癌多肽疫苗治疗的发展。目前,一些免疫治疗途径已经应用于肝癌的临床实验,包括细胞因子的注射、过继性免疫治疗、抗原递呈细胞治疗、自体肿瘤细胞疫苗和以甲胎蛋白为基础的多肽疫苗等。这些以免疫为基础的临床实验显示免疫治疗途径引起了肝癌患者特异性的免疫应答,其中一些途径的临床治疗能够抑制肝癌患者的肿瘤复发和促进肝癌患者存活。

Clinical Progress of Immunotherapy in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

There is an urgent need for innovative, effective therapies for hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） patients. Immunotherapy of cancer is attractive because of the specificity of the cellular immune response to eliminate tumor cell. The identification large numbers of new antigens in HCC has led to the develpment of therapy with polypeptide vaccine for HCC. Up to now, some immunotherapeutic methods have been tested in human clinical trials including cytokine injections, adoptive immunotherapy, antigen presenting cells therapy, autologous tumour vaccine as well as AFP-based polypeptide vaccine. These immune-based clinical trials show that these immunotherapy methods have resulted in specific immunological responses in HCC patients and some methods have inhibited recurrence and promoted survival of HCC patients.
