不同剂量有机磷中毒兔肝脏背向散射积分的测定

目的探讨背向散射积分技术描述不同剂量有机磷中毒兔肝脏改变的价值。方法建立兔有机磷中毒动物模型，分别于染毒后1、3h对4个不同剂量实验组及对照组行二维超声及背向散射积分（integrated backscatter，IBS）检查。二维超声观察肝脏的回声，测量肝右叶前后径，IBS定量分析肝脏改变。结果各剂量组染毒后1、3h肝脏回声与对照组相比未见明显改变，肝右叶前后径于染毒后1、3h与对照组相比差异均无统计学意义（P均〉0．05）。染毒1h组4远场标化肝脏背向散射积分（IBS％）与组0相比差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。染毒3h组3、4近、中、远场IBS％与组0相比差异均有显著性意义（P均〈0．05）。结论不同染毒剂量有机磷类化合物中毒兔肝脏背向散射积分改变可以为诊断有机磷中毒肝损害提供依据。

Integrated Backscatter Measurement in Rabbit Liver Poisoned by Different Dosage of Organophosphorus

Objective To explore the value of integrated backscatter (IBS) for evaluating acute organophosphorus poisoning with different dosages in rabbit liver.Methods Animal models of acute organophosphorus poisoning were established.Ultrasonic examinations were performed on four different dosage experimental groups and the control group at 1 h and 3 h after rabbits being poisoned.The echoes and thickness of right liver lobe were evaluated on two-dimensional ultrasound.The parenchymal changes were quantitatively analyzed with IBS.Results No obvious liver changes and no significant difference of the right lobe thickness were found at 1 h or 3 h after the rabbits were poisoned in any groups (P>0.05).There was significant difference in the far field in group 4 at 1 h after the rabbits being poisoned,compared with that of group 0 (the control group) (P<0.05).Significant difference in near,middle and far fields were found in group 3 and 4 respectively compared with that of group 0 (P<0.05).Conclusions The liver IBS% changes relate to the liver pathology in different dosage of organophosphorus poisoning rabbits.Useful evidence can be offered by ultrasonography in the diagnosis of impaired liver caused by organophosphorus poisoning.
