腰穿放脑脊液小剂量甘露醇治疗蛛网膜下腔出血

目的：研究腰腰放脑脊液（ＣＳＦ）联合小剂量甘露醇治疗蛛网膜下出血（ＳＡＨ）的疗效，方法：应用腰穿放ＣＳＦ联合小剂量甘露醇治疗ＳＡＨ４３例（治疗组），并与传统疗法治疗ＳＡＨ４１例（对照 ）比较。结果：治疗组能迅速缓解头痛，缩短头痛时间，防止及血管痉挛，脑梗塞、丙出血及脑积水等近期半发症的发生率，并能显著降低ＳＡＨ的死亡率，与对照组比曾有显著差异性，Ｐ＜０．０１，结论：腰穿放ＣＳＦ联合小剂量甘露醇治疗ＳＡＨ疗效显著。

Treating Subarachnoid Hemorrhage with Lumbar Paracentesis and Low Dose Mannitol

Objective:[WT5BZ]To investigate the effect of lumbar paracentesis with low dose mannitol to treat subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH).[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]43 cases with SAH(treatmeat group) treated with lumbar paracentesis (as lumbar puncture put some CSF out)and used low dose mannitol,were compared to 41 cases (control group) treated with trditional therapy.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]The treatment group manifested rapid remission of head ache.Shorting the time of headache,prevention of cerebral vascular spasm,and redaction the occurrence of cerebral infarction,rebleeding and hydrocephalus,and at the sametime,it remarkably lowered the death rate of SAH.There were remarkable differences between treatment group and control group,P<0.01.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]Lumbar paracentesis with low dose mannitol is very effective in treating SAH.
