| 摘 要： | 采用玫瑰花结抑制试验，对３３名欲妊娠正常妇女排卵后２～７天的血清进行了早孕因子（ＥＰＦ）活性的测定。结果：３３例血清中１６例测出ＥＰＦ活性，随访发现１２例妊娠（其中１例妇女妊娠５５天时胚胎丢失）；４例（１５．５％）妇女围植入期胚泡丢失。

| Abstract: | he rosette inhibition assay was used to detect
the activity of anearly pregnancy factor(EPF) in sera from 33 healthy
women who wereattempting to conceive a child on the 2nd-7th day after
ovulation, Theresults showed that 16 out of 33 sera had EPF activity,
while l2 out of16 were found to be pregnant by follow- up(One of them
was embryonicloss when she got pregnancy on the 55th day) and the
rest 4(15.5%)were blastocyst loss in periimplantation
period. |
