狼疮肾炎组织及血浆NO、ET-1检测的临床意义

目的　研究狼疮肾炎 (LN)病人组织及血浆内皮素 1(ET 1)和一氧化氮 (NO)检测的临床意义。方法　用放免法、ABC染色法及比色法分别对 4 0例LN病人分组测定ET 1和NO含量变化。结果　LN病人肾组织ET 1和NO的表达及血浆ET 1和NO含量均高于对照组 ,治疗后低于治疗前 (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1) ,并随时间呈下降趋势 ;肾受损程度越重 ,血浆ET 1和NO含量越高 ;肾组织ET 1表达与血浆含量间呈正相关 (r =0 6 1～ 0 6 3,P均 <0 0 5 )。结论　LN病人测定组织及血浆NO、ET 1的含量可能对临床诊断和病情判断有帮助。

A comparision between NO and ET-1 in plasma and tissue by differrent treatment with lupus nephritis(LN)

Objective To compare the changes between nitricoxide(NO) and endothelin-1(ET-1) in plasma and tissue by treatment with LN.Methods 20 cases of this disease had been detected using radioimmunoassay(RIA),immuohistochemical ABC and colormetry.Results The expression and plasma content of ET-1,NO were higher in LN than in the controls and decreased after treatment in a time-deperdent manner.Plasma level of ET-1 and NO was positively corrlated with degree of kidney damage.The expression and plasma content of ET-1,NO in LN was also positively related(r=0.61,P<0.05).Conclusion Detecting content of NO and ET-1 might assist clinical diagnosis of LN.
