两种指南指导下院前心肺复苏424例比较分析

目的探讨2000年与2005年国际心肺复苏指南对心肺复苏成功率的影响。方法比较分析2004年4月至2008年5月经过徐州市急救医疗中心救治的424例心肺复苏患者,按照2000年复苏指南和2005年复苏指南进行分组并对照观察。结果2005年指南指导下心肺复苏成功率(12.28%)较2000年复苏指南指导下(5.10%)有显著提高。结论2005年心肺复苏指南的应用可提高心肺复苏成功率。

Comparison Analysis of 424 Cases of Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation Under the Guidance of Two kinds of Guide Pre-hospital Emergency

Objective In order to explore the International in 2000 and 2005 CPR guidelines on cardiopulmonary resuscitation success rates. Methods Comparison analysis in April 2004 - May 2008 through Xuzhou Medical Emergency Center during the treatment of 424 cases of patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and were recovered in accordance with 2000 guidelines and in 2005 the guidelines for the recovery group, and controlled observation. Results 2005 Guidelines under the guidance of the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation （12.28%） than in 2000 under the guidance of the recovery guide （5,10%） had improved significantly. Conclusion 2005 Guide to the application of cardiopulmonary resuscitation can improve the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
