病理技术质量控制的探讨

病理诊断作为疾病诊断的最后诊断,最具有权威性,在医疗活动中占有重要地位。制片质量的好坏很大程度上影响病理医生做出正确的病理诊断,病理技术的质量管理和质量控制不仅对相关科室,甚至对医院整体的医疗质量构成极大的影响。为探讨病理技术的质量控制方法,本文从登记、编号、取材、固定、包理、制片等全过程中,每一个步骤注意点,加强各环节规范化操作,及具体规范质量标准,提高病理科工作的高质、高效和标准化,促进病理科的整体发展,提高病理工作质量。
