| 摘 要： | 目的探讨全自动与手工方式检测血液HBsA8、抗-HCV、抗-HIY、梅毒的差异。方法采用ELISA全自动与手工 方式检测血液四项指标并进行精确度、灵敏度、重复性和特异性比较。结果全自动方式的精确度,灵敏度,重复性和特异性 均优于手工方式。结论全自动方式提高了血液检测质量,为安全输血提供了保障。

| Abstract: | Objective To acquire the difference of the detecting four items(HBsAg,anti-HCV,anfi-HIV,anti-syphilis)in blood with ELISA by full-automation and handwork assay.Methods The comparisons of precision,sensitivity,repeafion,specialty were done with ELISA by full-automation and handwork.Results The precision,sensitivity,repeation,specialty of the full-automation assay were better than handwork assay.Conclusion The full-automation assay crease quality of detecting blood and provided ensure for blood transfusion secufity. |
