中药内服配合外敷治疗带状疱疹临床观察

目的观察中药内服配合外敷治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法105例患者随机分为3组，每组35例，A组（西药治疗组），B组（西药＋中药内服组），C组（中药内服＋中药外敷组），进行对照观察。结果比较三组患者止疱、止痛、结痂、痊愈时间比较，B组和C组都与A组存在显著性差异（P〈0．05）；C组与B组存在显著性差异（P〈0．01）；C组时间较B组与A组明显缩短。从3组治疗后有效、无效对比情况看，B组与A组存在显著性差异（P〈0．05）；C组与B组存在显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论中药内服配合外敷治疗带状疱疹疗效显著，优于单一方法治疗者。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF THE EFFECTS OF TCM ON HERPES ZOSTER

Objective To observe the effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) on the patients with herpes zoster. Methods 105 patients with Herpes Zoster were divided into 3 groups (35 patients in each group): Group A was treated with western medicine; Group B with western medicine plus TCM oral administration and Group C with TCM oral administrationplus TCM ointment application. Results There were significant difference showed in Group B or Group C compared with group A from the time of cure of herpes, pain, scab and the shingles clear up (P<0.05); there was also a significant difference between Group B and Group C (P<0.01); the efficacy rate in group C was higher than that of Group A and Group B. After curing the three groups,compare with the efficacy and inefficacy, there was a great significant difference between Group B and Group A(P<0.05), there was also a significant difference between Group C and Group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The oral administration of TCM combined with TCM ointment local application showed remarkable effect and it prefer than single therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster.
