中西医结合治疗类风湿性关节炎的思考

中西医在治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)方面均取得较大成就。西医治疗RA的药物主要分为一线药物、二线药物、三线药物和生物制剂四类，常用治疗方案为金字塔方案、下台阶方案、上台阶方案、锯齿方案和联合方案；中医三大名家朱良春、娄多峰和焦树德治疗RA疗效肯定，但各有千秋。综合现代中西医治疗RA现状，欲在RA治疗上有新的突破，需从以下两点着手：①中西医关于RA的病因及发病机理认识的结合点；②中西医治疗RA的临床结合点。

Reflection on Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) by Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

A great achievement had been made in RA treatment by both present Chinese and Western medicine. Western medication therapy falls chiefly into four categories: first optional drugs, second optional drugs, third optional drugs and biological drugs. Therapeutic plans commonly adopted include pyramid plan, going down step plan, climbing up step plan, saw tooth plan and joint plan. The definite efficacy of RA treatment achieved by three noted doctors Zhu Liangchun, Lou Duofeng and Jiao Shude shows their respective merits. In view of the present situation of RA treatment by TCM and Western medicine, two points below may be helpful to a new breakthrough: (1) convergence of understanding both TCM and Western medicine in pathogen and pathogenesis of RA; (2) clinical convergence of RA treatment by both TCM and Western medicine.
