情景模拟教学法在内外科护理教学中的应用

摘    要:目的:比较情景模拟教学法与传统教学法在内外科护理教学中的教学效果。方法:将我院2006级810名三年制高职护理专业学生随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用情景模拟教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。对护生以学习成绩和情景模拟教学效果问卷进行跟踪调查,比较2组护生在学校的操作成绩、理论成绩和临床实习的适应能力。结果:情景模拟教学法能够提高学生的综合能力,实验组学生理论和操作考试成绩显著高于对照组,2组比较均有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:内外科护理教学采用情景模拟教学法能够提高学生的学习成绩以及综合能力,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective: To compare scenario simulation teaching method with traditional teaching methods in medical and surgical nursing teaching.Methods: 810 nursing students in higher vocational school were randomly divided into 2 groups.The students in the test group were taught with the method of scenario simulation,and the students in the control group were taught in traditional method.Then their theory and operation test results were investigated by a questionnaire.Results: Application of scenario simulation in medical and surgical teaching can improve the comprehensive competence of nursing students.There is a statistical significant difference between the control group and the intervention group,and the theory and operation test results of intervention group are better than those of the control group.Conclusion: Application of scenario simulation in medical and surgical teaching can improve the academic performance and comprehensive competence of nursing students,so it is a good method and worth extending.
