黄芪抗衰老作用机理研究

摘    要:目的观察黄芪对衰老大鼠脑自由基代谢的影响.方法将大鼠分为5组,分别为空白对照组、黄芪低剂量组、黄芪高剂量组、模型组、六味地黄丸组.除空白对照组外其余各组采用皮下连续注射D-半乳糖50天建立大鼠衰老模型,各用药组在造模同时给予相应记录剂量的药物,并测定脑组织中SOD、MDA、GSH-PX、NO、TchE的变化.结果与空白对照组比较,模型组脑组织中SOD、GSH-PX活力降低(P<0.05),MDA、NO、TchE明显升高(P<0.05);黄芪组脑组织中SOD、GSH-PX活力增强,MDA、NO、TchE活性明显降低.结论黄芪具有抗衰老作用.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Milkvetch Root on free radical metabolism in aging rat brain.METHODS The rats were divided into 5 groups:control group,Milkvetch Root low dose group,Milkvetch Root high dose group,model group and Liuweidihuang Pill group.We established a aging rat model by continuous subcutaneous injection of D-galactose for 50 days except control group.All treatment groups were provided medication at the same time.Then SOD,MDA,GSH-PX,NO,and TchE of brain tissue were detected.RESULTS SOD,GSH-PX activity in brain tissue of model group were reduced compared with control group(P0.05),while MDA,NO,TchE were significantly higher(P0.05);SOD and GSH-PX activity increased in Milkvetch Root group,while MDA,NO and TchE activity decreased significantly.CONCLUSION Milkvetch Root has the effect of anti-aging.
