| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经腹超声引导无痛人流术的临床应用价值。方法对34例早孕患者经腹超声引导无痛人流术,根据术前、术中、术后超声声像图表现以及术后随访结果与34例传统无痛人流术病例进行对比分析。结果经腹超声引导无痛人流术具有比传统无痛人流术时间更短、术中出血少,无明显后遗症的特点。结论经腹超声引导无痛人流术具有很高的临床应用价值,值得推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of the transabdominal ultrasound induced indolent abortion.Methods Totally 34 patients of early pregnancy underwent indolent abortion under the guidance of transabdominal ultrasound,and the pre-,intra-and postoperation ultrasould images were compared with the pathology of corresponding operation period in traditional abortion in another 30 patients.Results The transabdominal ultrasound guided abortion had advantages of shorter time,less bleeding and fewer complications than those of the traditional one.Conclusions Transabdominal ultrasound has high clinical application values in directing abortion. |
