摘 要: | [目的]探讨光照的不均匀性对糖尿病大鼠模型复制的成功率及模型的稳定性的影响。[方法]将SD大鼠按体重随机分为2组,分别为A、B层,顶端照明,其中A层大鼠离光源近,B层大鼠离光源远,并收集尿液,测定大鼠排尿量;给予大鼠高热量饲料4周后,禁食不禁水16h,尾静脉注射STZ20mg/kg,并继续饲喂高热量饲料。注射STZ1周后测定血糖、尿蛋白及尿量,筛选以连续两次血糖16.6mmol/L,且尿蛋白排泄≥30mg/24h,尿量原尿量150%者为糖尿病成模大鼠,计算A、B层大鼠成模率,2周后再次测定血糖、尿蛋白及尿量,观察模型的稳定性。[结果]A层、D层大鼠糖尿病成模率分别为33.3%和66.7%,2周后A、B层增加模型大鼠各1只,且无自发性缓解情况。[结论]光照的不均匀性对糖尿病大鼠成模率有一定的影响,但对其成模后模型的稳定性无影响。

Abstract: | [Objective]To discuss the influence of light inhomogeneity on the success rate of establishment of the diabetes rat model and stability of the model.[Method]SD rats were ranged to 2 groups randomly,Which including A and B floor.The rats on A floor were near to light source while B floor were farther.The urine was collected and the urinary output was detected.After high heat feeding for 4 weeks,the rats were administrated by absolute diet but free for water for 16 hours and treated by STZ 20mg/kg by intravenous injection.The rats were sequentially administrated by high heat feeding.One week later,the blood sugar,urine protein and urinary output were tested.The rats,whose blood sugar higher than 〉16.6 mmol/L,urine protein excretion not smaller than 30mg/24 hour and the urinary output one and a half time of normal,were considered the diabetes rats model and the success rate could be calculated.The blood sugar,urine protein and urinary output were detected again to observe the stability of the model.[Result] The light inhomogeneity had effect on success rate of establishment of diabetes rat model but had no influence on the stability of the model. |
