阿魏酸钠对离体大鼠缺血心肌再灌注损伤的影响

摘    要:为探讨缺血心肌再灌注损伤的防治措施,采用改良的Langendorff法建立离体大鼠缺血心肌再灌注模型,观察阿魏酸钠在缺血心肌再灌注过程中的作用。结果显示:阿魏酸钠能够抑制丙二醛及血栓素B2的产生,减轻心肌水肿及乳酸脱氢酶的释放,并能促进6-酮-前列腺素Flα的产生。结果初步提示:阿魏酸钠具有抗缺血心肌再灌注损伤的作用。

Abstract:This experiment was carried out with the improved Langendorff method to set up the reperfusion model of the isolated ischemic myocardium of rats so as to study the prophylac tic-therapeutic measure for the reperfusion injury of the ischemic myocardium.The effect of ferulic acid sodium during the process of ischemia reperfusion was observed.The findings showed that ferulic acid sodium was able to restrain the production of molondialdehyde and thromboxane B2,to alleviate myocardial edema and the release of lactic dehydrogenase,and to promote the production of 6-keto-PGF1a.The results prove that ferulic acid sodium plays an important role in resisting the reperfusion injury of the ischemic myocardium.
