Efficacy of Fast-track Nursing Combined with Mindfulness Strain-reducing Training on the Colonic Cancer Patients after Radical Surgery

This study to observe the efficacy of fast-track nursing combined with mindfulness strain-reducing training on the colonic cancer patients after radical surgery,randomly divided 98 cases who had received laparoscopic radical procedure for colonic cancer into control group(49 cases,alone fast-track nursing)and observation group(49 cases,based on fast-tract nursing,added with mindfulness strain-reducing training);then,compared both groups’ postoperative rehabilitation efficacy.As results,in the time for first out-ofbed,for first flatus,for first defecation,for intravenously transfusion,and for hospitalization,observation group was all significantly shorter than control group(all,P <0.05);1 day after surgery,both groups’ pain score ratings were all significantly increased,but 7 days after surgery,the ratings in both groups were all significantly declined,merely,observation groups’ one was significantly lower than control groups’ one(P<0.05);0.5 years after surgery the score ratings on patients’ quality of life in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group(P <0.05).Results show that mindfulness strain-reducing training combined with fast-track nursing on the patients underwent radical surgery for colonic cancer can effectively promote their recovery course,relieve postoperative pain,so that enhance their quality of life,thus has certain clinical value to be popularized.
