Efficacy Analysis of Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets Combined with Valsartan in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy and Hypertension

Objective To analyze the efficacy of nifedipine controlled-release tablets combined with valsartan in elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy and hypertension.Methods The experimental middle-aged and elderly 180 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy and hypertension were admitted to the hospital from February to September 2019.The patients were divided into two groups.The control group(n=90)were treated with valsartan,and the experimental group(n=90)was treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets combined with valsartan.The efficacy,blood glucose changes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically difference in blood glucose index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),the blood glucose index of the experimental group was lower than the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the experimental group's bad response was not statistically significant compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine controlled-release tablets combined with valsartan are selected in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetic nephropathy with hypertension,which has better curative effect,ideal blood glucose control,and does not increase the adverse reaction rate.Therefore,it is of positive significance for clinical promotion.
