腹腔镜手术在早期子宫内膜癌治疗中的疗效

目的研究在早期子宫内膜癌中采用腹腔镜手术治疗的临床效果。方法100例早期子宫内膜癌患者,采用单双数分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组行开腹手术治疗,观察组行腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组手术各项指标及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间(123.24±10.10)min短于对照组的(156.01±11.24)min,术中出血量(130.47±10.24)ml少于对照组的(183.04±12.64)ml,淋巴结清扫数量(15.24±1.40)个多于对照组的(12.04±1.24)个,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率4.00%低于对照组的16.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.000,P=0.024<0.05)。结论在早期子宫内膜癌中实施腹腔镜手术治疗的临床效果显著,能够改善手术指标,且并发症发生率较低,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of early endometrial carcinoma

Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of early endometrial carcinoma.Methods A total of 100 patients with early endometrial carcinoma were divided into control group and observation group according to odd-even number method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open surgery,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The surgical indicators and occurrence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time(123.24±10.10)min of the observation group was shorter than(156.01±11.24)min of the control group,intraoperative blood loss(130.47±10.24)ml was less than(183.04±12.64)ml of the control group,and number of lymph node dissections(15.24±1.40)nodes was more than(12.04±1.24)nodes of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications 4.00%of the observation group was lower than 16.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.000,P=0.024<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery shows remarkable clinical effect in early endometrial carcinoma,and it can improve the surgical indicators with low incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
