An Analysis on the Factors Influencing Postoperative Wound-surface Healing of Perianal Abscess Patients

This study was to analyse the factors influencing perianal abscess(PA)patients’ postoperative wound-surface healing,enrolled 58 PA patients treated in authors’ hospital(2019-09-2020-02)into this research:according to the status on wound-surface secretion,and pain,etc at 7 days after surgery to evaluated their wound-surface healing quality,and to analyse the factors resulting in bad healing outcome.As results,among the 58 cases,37 were of better healing outcome(accounted for 63.79%),21 of bad outcome(36.21%);Univariate analysis shown patients’ age,gender,as well as incision were not the factors making wound-surface healing bad(P >0.05),but constipation,diet,mechanical stimulation,infection and diabetes mellitus(DM)were the ones(P <0.05),which were confirmed the risk factors shown by Logistic regression analysis(P <0.05).Results show that healing quality of wound-surface is related to patients’ constipation,diet,mechanical stimulation,infection,and complicated DM,therefore active intervention on above risk factors can improve their wound-surface healing status,so that promote condition recovered postoperatively.
