单孔腹腔镜与多孔腹腔镜下行卵巢囊肿剔除术的应用效果对比

目的探究单孔腹腔镜与多孔腹腔镜下行卵巢囊肿剔除术的应用效果。方法86例卵巢囊肿患者,按治疗方法不同分为单孔组和多孔组,每组43例。单孔组行单孔腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除术,多孔组行多孔腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剔除术。观察比较两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、术后排气时间、住院时间及术后24 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,术后体象量表(BIS)评分、美容评分(CS),并发症发生率。结果单孔组术中出血量、手术时间、术后排气时间、住院时间及术后24 hVAS评分与多孔组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。单孔组与多孔组BIS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);单孔组CS评分(22.55±3.98)分高于多孔组的(18.65±6.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论单孔腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术较多孔腹腔镜并无减轻切口疼痛感的优势,但在切口美观程度上存在优势。

Comparison of the application effect of single-port laparoscope and multi-port laparoscope in ovarian cyst removal

Objective To investigate the practical effect of single-port laparoscope and multi-port laparoscope in ovarian cyst removal.Methods A total of 86 patients with ovarian cyst were divided into singleport group and multi-port group according to different treatment methods,with 43 cases in each group.Single-port group received single-port laparoscope,and multi-port group received multi-port laparoscope.The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative exhaust time,hospitalization time,visual analogue scale(VAS)score at 24 h after operation,postoperative body image scale(BIS)score,cosmetic score(CS),and incidence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in intraoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative exhaust time,hospitalization time,24 h VAS score between single-port group and multi-port group(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in BIS score between single-port group and multi-port group(P>0.05).The CS(22.55±3.98)points of single-port group was higher than(18.65±6.23)points of multi-port group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Single-port laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal has no advantage over multi-port laparoscopic surgery in reducing the pain of the incision,but it has an advantage in terms of the aesthetics of the incision.
