| 摘 要： | 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的主要微血管并发症之一,是目前引起终末期肾病的首要原因。如何进行早期干预以保护肾脏,延缓糖尿病肾病进展是医学界面对的重大难题,临床在治疗上主要通过控制血糖、血压及抑制肾素醛固酮等方法治疗,以延缓病情进展和提高患者生活质量。该文回顾近年糖尿病肾病领域的治疗策略,以期对临床治疗糖尿病肾病的药物选择提供参考。

| Abstract: | Diabetic nephropathy is one of the main microvascular complications of diabetes,and it is currently the leading cause of end-stage renal disease.How to carry out early intervention to protect the kidneys and delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy is a major problem for the medical interface.Clinical treatment is mainly by controlling blood sugar,blood pressure and inhibiting renin aldosterone to delay the progression of the disease and improve the quality of life of patients.This article reviews the treatment strategies in the field of diabetic nephropathy in recent years,hoping to provide a reference for the clinical choice of drugs for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. |
