甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合氨溴索静滴治疗急性毛细支气管炎45例疗效评价

目的:评价甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合氨溴索静滴治疗急性毛细支气管炎患儿的效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年4月周口市第一人民医院接收的88例急性毛细支气管炎患儿作为研究对象行回顾性分析,其中接受氨溴索静滴治疗的43例患儿作为对照组,接受甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合氨溴索静滴治疗的45例患儿作为观察组,统计对比两组临床疗效、症状改善状况(哮鸣音消退时间、喘憋消退时间、咳嗽消退时间)以及不良反应状况。结果:观察组总有效率(93.33%)明显高于对照组(76.74%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组哮鸣音消退时间、喘憋消退时间、咳嗽消退时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合氨溴索静滴治疗急性毛细支气管炎患儿效果确切,可明显改善临床症状。

Efficacy of Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate Combined with Ambroxol in the Treatment of 45 Cases of Acute Bronchiolitis

Objective:To evaluate the effect of methylprednisolone sodium succinate combined with ambroxol in the treatment of children with acute bronchiolitis.Methods:88 cases of children with acute bronchiolitis in the First People's Hospital of Zhoukou from January 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects for retrospective analysis,of which 43 cases were treated with ambroxol intravenous drip as the control group,and 45 cases were treated with methylprednisolone sodium succinate combined with ambroxol intravenous drip as the observation group(Wheezing subsided time,wheezing subsided time,cough subsided time)and adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.74%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the disappearance time of wheezing,wheezing and cough of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Methylprednisolone sodium succinate combined with ambroxol intravenous drip in the treatment of children with acute bronchiolitis has definite effect and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms.
