穴位敷贴治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效观察

为观察穴位敷贴治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的效果,将腹泻型肠易激综合征患者90例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者给予复方嗜酸乳杆菌片口服治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上给予穴位敷贴治疗,比较2组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后中医证候积分以及肠道菌群水平。结果显示,观察组患者临床总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的71.11%(P <0.05)。2组患者治疗前中医证候积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者中医证候积分低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗前2组患者肠道菌群水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的嗜酸乳杆菌、双歧杆菌和粪链球菌水平较高,且大肠埃希菌水平较低,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结果表明,穴位敷贴治疗可有效缓解腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的临床症状,改善其胃肠功能,可普及于临床。

Effect Observation on Point Application for Irritable Bowel Syndrome in Diarrhea Type

This study was to observe the effect of point application in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)in diarrhea type,randomly divided 90 IBS patients into control group(45 cases,orally administered compound lactobacillus acidphilus tablets)and observation group(45 cases,based on control groups’ medication,added with point application);then,compared both groups’ effect,the score rating on TCM syndrome,and the level of intestinal flora.As results,before treatment,in the score ratings on TCM syndrome and in the levle of intestinal flora there was no statistical difference between the two groups(all,P >0.05),but after treatment in the score ratings on TCM syndrome observation group was lower than control group;and in the level of intestinal flora of observation group the levels of Lactobacillusacidphilus,Bifidobacterium,and Streptococcus faecalis were higher,while the levels of E.coli was lower,the difference had statistical significance between the two groups(P <0.05);more than,in total effective rate observation group was significantly higher than control group(93.33% vs 71.11%,P <0.05).Results show that point application can effectively relieve the clinical symptomos of the patients with IBS in diarrhea type,improve their gastrointestinal function,is suitable to be popularized in basic units.
