银黄解毒促愈汤在肛周脓肿患者术后的应用效果观察

为观察银黄解毒促愈汤在肛周脓肿患者术后的应用效果,将行手术治疗的肛周脓肿患者120例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者术后采用1∶5 000PP液坐浴治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上应用银黄解毒促愈汤治疗,比较2组患者的疗效、创面疼痛、分泌物、肉芽生长评分以及创面愈合时间。结果显示,观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05),术后2周观察组患者的创面分泌物评分、疼痛评分以及肉芽组织生长评分均低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患者创面愈合时间短于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,在肛周脓肿患者术后应用银黄解毒促愈汤治疗,不仅可以提高临床疗效、降低临床症状评分,还可有效的促进创面愈合。

Application Efficacy of Yinhuang Jiedu Tang in Perianal Abscess Patients after Surgery

This study was to observe the application efficacy of Yinhuang Jiedu Tang(Tang)(a TCM formula)in perianal abscess(PA)patients after surgery,randomly divided 120 cases underwent surgery for PA into control group(60 cases,1∶5 000 PP solution for sitz bath)and observation group(60 cases,1∶5000 PP solution plus Tang);then,compared both groups’ effect;the score ratings on wound-surface pain,on secretion,and on granulation growth,as well as wound-surface healing time.As results,in total effective rate,in the score ratings on wound-surface secretion,on pain,and on granulation tissue growth;and in wound-surface healing time,observation group was respectively higher,less and lower than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that after PA surgery combined with Tang can not only uplift clinical effect,reduce the score ratings of clinical symptoms,but effectively promote wound-sruface healing.
