肠内营养患者鼻饲风险管理策略研究

目的探讨风险管理策略在住院患者鼻饲营养护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至12月接受肠内营养鼻饲的外科住院患者240例,根据住院时间分为对照组(120例)和观察组(120例)。对照组给予常规鼻饲管护理;观察组运用风险管理策略思想,预见性防控鼻饲管各个环节的风险。比较两组护士置管操作、导管管理和风险评价指标以及并发症情况。结果观察组护士操作合格率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组导管管理各项目和护理不良事件发生下降率均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论在护理管理中运用风险管理策略,可以提高护士对住院患者鼻饲导管的安全管理,有效规避潜在风险,保障患者安全。

Study on risk management strategy of nasogastric feeding for patients with enteral nutrition

Objective To explore the application effect of risk management strategy in nasal feeding nutrition nursing of inpatients.Methods A total of 240 surgical inpatients who received enteral nutrition and nasal feeding from January to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group(120 cases)and observation group(120 cases)according to the time in hospital.The control group was given routine nasogastric tube nursing,the observation group was provided with risk management strategy to prevent and control the risk of each link of nasogastric tube.The nurses'catheterization operation,catheter management,risk assessment index and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation qualification rate of nurses in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The catheter management items in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management strategy in nursing management can improve the safety management of nasal feeding catheter for inpatients,effectively avoid potential risks,and further ensure the safety of patients.
