曲美他嗪联合重组人脑利钠肽治疗冠心病心力衰竭74例的疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察曲美他嗪与重组人脑利钠肽(rh-BNP)联合用于冠心病心力衰竭的疗效。方法:按照随机数字表法将永城市人民医院148例冠心病心力衰竭患者分组,每组74例。常规治疗基础上给予对照组曲美他嗪,对照组基础上观察组加用rh-BNP。对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后心功能左室射血分数(LVEF)、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率94.59%较对照组83.78%高(P<0.05);治疗后两组LVEF均较治疗前升高,且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:给予冠心病心力衰竭患者曲美他嗪与rh-BNP利于改善心功能,效果显著,且具有一定安全性。

Abstract:Objective:Trimetazidine combined with rh-BNP in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods:According to the random number table method,148 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure were divided into two groups,74 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,trimetazidine was given to the control group,and rh-BNP was added to the observation group on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,LVEF and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.59%,which was higher than 83.78%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Trimetazidine and rh-BNP can improve cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure,with significant effect and certain safety.
