急诊糖尿病高渗性昏迷患者的综合护理干预价值

目的探讨急诊糖尿病高渗性昏迷患者的综合护理干预应用方法及效果。方法选取该院急诊2019年1月—2020年1月期间收治的100例糖尿病高渗性昏迷患者,以随机数字表法为分组标准将其分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例),对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者应用综合护理干预,比较两组患者空腹血糖、血清渗透压恢复时间、住院时间,患者护理后生活能力、心理功能、生理功能及社会功能的生活质量评分情况。结果护理后观察组患者空腹血糖恢复时间、血清渗透压恢复时间以及住院时间均比对照组患者更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明观察组患者康复更快。在生活质量方面,观察组患者各项指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为医院急诊糖尿病高渗性昏迷患者提供综合护理干预,效果显著,有助于促进患者尽早恢复,控制血糖,提高生活质量。

The Value of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention for Patients with Diabetic Hyperosmolar Coma in Emergency Department

Objective To explore the application method and effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with diabetic hyperosmolar coma in emergency department.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetic hyperosmolar coma admitted to the emergency department of the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)using the random number table method as the grouping standard.Patients in the control group received conventional nursing care,and patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The two groups were compared with fasting blood glucose,serum osmotic pressure recovery time,hospital stay,and quality of life after nursing,mental function,physiological function,and social function scoring situation.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose recovery time,serum osmotic pressure recovery time and hospitalization time of the observation group were less than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the observation group recovered faster.In terms of quality of life,the scores of all indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is provided for patients with diabetic hyperosmolar coma in the hospital emergency department.The effect is significant,which helps to promote the early recovery of patients,control blood glucose,and improve the quality of life.
