Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of Nifedipine and Irbesartan in the Treatment of Diabetes with Hypertension

Objective To investigate the efficacy of combined treatment of nifedipine and irbesartan on diabetes with hypertension.Methods A total of 66 patients with diabetes and hypertension who were admitted between February 2019 and February 2020 were selected as observation objects.Randomization was adopted.33 patients in the control group were treated with irbesartan,and 33 patients in the observation group were treated with nitrobenzene.Combination therapy with irbesartan and irbesartan to compare the clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher after the patients were treated with medicine,which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical observation indicators after treatment showed that the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose and 24 h urine microalbumin in the observation group improved more significantly,and the adverse reaction rate was only 6.06%,which was more statistically significant difference than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of nifedipine and irbesartan in patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension has significant curative effect,stable blood glucose control and blood pressure control,and few adverse reactions.
