PPH术中应用蛛网膜下腔麻醉与硬膜外麻醉的效果比较

为观察PPH术中应用蛛网膜下腔麻醉与硬膜外麻醉的效果,将行PPH治疗的重度痔患者80例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者采用蛛网膜下腔麻醉,观察组患者采用硬膜外麻醉,比较2组患者手术情况、麻醉感觉阻滞情况、麻醉效果、运动阻滞情况及不良反应。结果显示,2组患者手术情况、麻醉感觉阻滞情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者麻醉效果优于对照组(P <0.05),不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,PPH术中应用硬膜外麻醉效果更为理想,不良反应发生率低,该麻醉方法具有较高的临床应用价值。

Efficacy Comparison in PPH Under Subarachnoid Anesthesia and Under Epidural Anesthesia

This study was to observe and compare the efficacy in PPH under subarachnoid anesthesia(SA)and under epidural one(EA),randomly divided 80 patients with severe hemorrhoids to be subject to PPH into control group(40 cases,under SA)and observation group(40 cases,under EA);then,compared both groups’ status of operating,of sensory block,of motor block;anesthesia efficacy,and unward reactions.As results,in operating and sensory block status there was no statistical difference between the two anesthesia patterns(P >0.05),in observation group anesthesia efficacy and unward reaction incidence was respectively superior to and lower than that in control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that under SA performing PPH is perfect(more better efficacy,and more less unward reactions);i.e has higher clinical application value.
