探讨糖尿病日记对妊娠期糖尿病的重要性

目的探讨孕妇坚持写糖尿病日记对妊娠期糖尿病的血糖及其新生儿分娩体重的影响。方法选择2018年1月—2019年1月在该院定期产检,且确诊为妊娠期糖尿病孕妇300例,随机分为研究组及对照组,各150例。研究组进行规范化管理并坚持整个孕期写糖尿病日记。对照组常规规范化管理。比较两组血糖控制情况,及新生儿分娩体重。结果研究组血糖均控制正常范围内(空腹血糖在3.3~5.3 mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖在4.4~6.7 mmol/L),未出现巨大儿。对照组血糖控制不稳定,波动幅度大,巨大儿发病率明显高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期糖尿病高危管理中,让孕妇每天坚持写糖尿病日记,有利于加强自我管理,促使孕妇严格遵守健康行为,从而有效控制血糖水平,防止发生巨大儿,降低不良妊娠结局的发生。

Discuss the Importance of Diabetes Diary for Gestational Diabetes

Objective To investigate the effect of keeping a diabetes diary by pregnant women on the blood glucose of gestational diabetes and the birth weight of their newborns.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,300 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who were diagnosed with regular obstetric check-ups in the hospital were selected,and they were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,each with 150 cases.The study group carried out standardized management and insisted on keeping a diabetes diary throughout pregnancy.Routine standardized management of the control group.Compared the two groups of blood glucose control,and newborn weight.Results The blood glucose of the study group was controlled within the normal range(fasting blood glucose was between 3.3-5.3 mmol/L,and 2 h postprandial blood glucose was between 4.4-6.7 mmol/L),no macrophages had occurred.The blood glucose control in the control group was unstable and fluctuated greatly.The incidence of macrosomia was significantly higher than that of the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the high-risk management of gestational diabetes,allowing pregnant women to keep on keeping a diabetes diary every day is conducive to strengthening self-management,prompting pregnant women to strictly abide by healthy behaviors,thereby effectively controlling blood glucose levels,preventing the occurrence of huge babies and reducing the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
