丁蔻理中汤联合奥沙利铂与卡培他滨治疗中晚期胃癌54例疗效分析

目的:探讨丁蔻理中汤联合奥沙利铂与卡培他滨(CapeOX)化疗治疗中晚期胃癌的疗效及安全性。方法:选取南阳张仲景医院108例中晚期胃癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各54例。对照组接受CapeOX化疗,观察组在对照组的基础上服用丁蔻理中汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后的T淋巴细胞亚群表达水平及治疗后的不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前两组的CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD8⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8⁺水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丁蔻理中汤联合CapeOX化疗治疗中晚期胃癌可减轻化疗造成的免疫功能损伤和不良反应。

Efficacy Analysis of Dingkou Lizhong Decoction Combined with Oxaliplatin and CapeOX in the Treatment of 54 Cases of Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Dingkou Lizhong decoction combined with CapeOX chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods:108 patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,54 cases in each.Control group received CapeOX chemotherapy,and the observation group received Dingkou Lizhong decoction on the basis of the control group.T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in levels of CD3⁺,CD4⁺,CD8⁺,CD4⁺/CD8⁺between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3⁺,CD4⁺,CD4⁺/CD8⁺in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of CD8⁺in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dingkou Lizhong decoction combined with CapeOX chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer can alleviate the immune function injury and adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy.
