Ultrasound-guided Puncture Tube-inserting Drainage and Incision Drainage for Perianal Abscess:Effect Comparison

This study was to observe and compare the effect of perianal abscess(PA)treated with ultrasound-guided puncture tube-inserting drainage(UPTD)and with incision drainage,randomly divided 114 PA patients into observation group(57 cases,adopted UPTD)and control group(57 cases,incision drainage);then,compared both groups’ effect,the levels of WBC and C-RP,anus-sphincter function,and bad prognosis status.As results,in the time for infection controlled,for drainage,and for hospitalization;in the postoperative score ratings on WBC,C-RP and anus-aphincter function(in spite of both groups’ score ratings after surgery were all declined);and in total incidence of bad prognosis,observation group was respectively shorter,lower and lower than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that UPTD can shorten treatment course,effectively and fastly control infection,enhance anus-sphincter function,and has better efficacy than incision drainage,thus,it could be selected for treating PA firstly.
