MRI诊断膝半月板和关节软骨损伤的临床价值

摘    要:目的分析磁共振成像(MRI)诊断膝半月板和关节软骨损伤的临床价值。方法150例膝半月板损伤和关节软骨损伤患者,均使用CT技术以及MRI技术进行诊断。比较两种诊断技术对膝半月板损伤和关节软骨损伤患者的诊断准确率以及疾病分型准确率。结果MRI技术对膝半月板损伤的诊断准确率97.33%高CT技术的74.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.002,P=0.000<0.05)。MRI技术对关节软骨损伤的诊断准确率94.67%高于CT技术的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.872,P=0.000<0.05)。MRI技术对膝半月板损伤Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期的诊断准确率分别为95.65%、97.06%、100.00%,高于CT技术的73.91%、79.41%、66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MRI技术对关节软骨损伤Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期的诊断准确率分别为94.44%、94.44%、95.24%,高于CT技术的61.11%、77.78%、71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用MRI技术来为膝半月板和关节软骨损伤患者进行诊断时,疾病的诊断准确率比较高,同时疾病的分型诊断准确率也比较高,因此这种诊断方式精确性比较高,具有较高的临床应用价值,可以在临床中大力推广。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in diagnosis of meniscus and articular cartilage injury.Methods A total of 150 patients with meniscus and articular cartilage injury all diagnosed by CT and MRI.The diagnostic accuracy and classification accuracy of the two diagnostic techniques were compared in patients with meniscus injury and articular cartilage injury.Results The diagnostic accuracy of MRI for meniscus injury 97.33%was higher than 74.67%of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=16.002,P=0.000<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of MRI for articular cartilage injury 94.67%was higher than 72.00%of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=16.002,P=0.000<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of MRI for meniscus injury at stageⅠ,stageⅡ,and stageⅢwere 95.65%,97.06%and 100.00%,which were higher than 73.91%,79.41%and 66.67%of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of MRI for articular cartilage injury at stageⅠ,stageⅡ,and stageⅢwere 94.44%,94.44%and 95.24%,which were higher than 61.11%,77.78%and 71.43%of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy and classification accuracy of MRI for meniscus and articular cartilage injury are both high,so this diagnostic method has high accuracy and high clinical application value,and can be vigorously promoted in clinic.
