手术室精细化护理对加快腹腔镜手术患者术后康复的作用分析

目的研究手术室精细化护理对加快腹腔镜手术患者术后康复的效果。方法86例进行腹腔镜手术的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。观察组患者配合手术室精细化护理,对照组配合常规护理。比较两组患者康复指标、护理满意度、并发症发生情况。结果观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分(1.05±0.24)分明显低于对照组的(2.38±0.35)分,胃肠功能恢复时间(2.18±1.05)d和住院时间(7.89±2.44)d均短于对照组的(3.33±1.05)、(11.31±2.78)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为95.35%,高于对照组的76.74%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对行腹腔镜手术患者应用手术室精细化护理,可有效促进患者术后尽快的康复,提升患者满意度,降低并发症发生几率,是一种优质的护理方式。

Analysis of the effect of refined nursing in operating room on speeding up postoperative recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery

Objective To study the effect of refined nursing in operating room on speeding up postoperative recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 86 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The observation group received refined nursing in operating room,and the control group received conventional nursing.The rehabilitation indicators,nursing satisfaction,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was(1.05±0.24)points,which was obviously lower than(2.38±0.35)points of the control group,and gastrointestinal function recovery time(2.18±1.05)d and hospitalization time(7.89±2.44)d were shorter than(3.33±1.05)and(11.31±2.78)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 76.74%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing in operating room for patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery can effectively promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible after surgery,improve patient satisfaction,and reduce the probability of complications.It is a high-quality nursing method.
