飞秒激光辅助白内障手术联合Toric人工晶状体植入术治疗糖尿病合并年龄相关性白内障疗效探讨

目的讨论飞秒激光辅助白内障手术联合Toric人工晶状体植入术在糖尿病合并年龄相关性白内障患者临床治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2019年4月—2020年4月在该院实施白内障手术的糖尿病合并年龄相关性白内障患者75例(86眼),按治疗方法不同分为两组。观察组在白内障术中应用Len Sx飞秒激光进行辅助治疗,参照组采用传统超声乳化白内障手术。对比两组疗效。结果与参照组相比较,观察组患者的有效超声乳化时间明显缩短,灌注液流量、超声乳化中累积释放的能量均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1个月,观察组患者的最佳矫正视力明显高于同期参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论飞秒激光辅助白内障手术联合Toric人工晶状体植入术在糖尿病合并年龄相关性白内障患者临床治疗中的应用价值较为理想,可有效减少手术并发症的发生率,能够较快地恢复良好视力水平及视觉质量。

Femtosecond Laser-assisted Cataract Surgery Combined with Toric Intraocular Lens Implantation in the Treatment of Diabetes Complicated with Age-related Cataract

Objective To discuss the application value of femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery combined with Toric intraocular lens implantation in the clinical treatment of patients with diabetes and age-related cataract.Methods From April 2019 to April 2020,75 patients(86 eyes)with diabetes and age-related cataract who underwent cataract surgery in the hospital were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The observation group used Len Sx femtosecond laser for adjuvant treatment during cataract surgery,and the reference group used traditional phacoemulsification cataract surgery.Compared the efficaly of the two groups.Results Compared with the reference group,the effective phacoemulsification time of patients in the observation group was significantly shortened,and the flow of perfusion fluid and the accumulated energy released during phacoemulsification were significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);One mouth after the operation,the best corrected visual acuity of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than the reference group in the same period,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery combined with Toric intraocular lens implantation has ideal application value in the clinical treatment of patients with diabetes and age-related cataracts,which can effectively reduce the incidence of surgical complications and restore good vision quickly and visual quality.
