高血压合并糖尿病患者应用人性化护理的临床效果分析

目的对比观察在高血压合并糖尿病患者护理期间应用人性化护理措施的临床效果。方法选择2019年1—12月在该院接受治疗且临床资料完整的高血压合并糖尿病患者74例展开对照分析,将所选患者按照护理措施差异性分为对照组和观察组,两组患者例数相等,评估探究两组患者护理干预后取得的临床效果。结果采取护理干预后,观察组患者生活质量评分较高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.763、4.402、7.437、6.946,P<0.05);实施护理干预后,观察组患者血压、血糖指标控制效果更为理想,且相较于对照组,观察组患者护理满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理干预措施应用于高血压合并糖尿病患者护理中,对改善患者生活质量和预后效果具有积极意义,血压、血糖指标控制效果理想。

Analysis on the Clinical Effect of Humanized Nursing for Patients with Hypertension and Diabetes

Objective To compare and observe the clinical effects of humanized nursing measures during the nursing of patients with hypertension and diabetes.Methods From January to December 2019,a comparative analysis of 74 patients with hypertension and diabetes who received treatment in the hospital and with complete clinical data was carried out.The selected patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the difference in nursing measures.The number of patients in the two groups was equal.Two groups were evaluated and explored of the clinical effect achieved by the group of patients after nursing intervention.Results After nursing intervention,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.763,4.402,7.437,6.946,P<0.05);after the nursing intervention,the blood pressure and blood glucose index control effect of the observation group was better,and compared with the control group,the observation group of the nursing satisfaction was relatively higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing intervention measures in the nursing of patients with hypertension and diabetes has positive significance in improving the quality of life and prognosis of patients.The blood pressure and blood glucose index control effect is ideal.
