| Abstract: | This study was to observe the efficacy of TCM fuming-wash nursing on the postoperative patients from coloprocological surgery department,randomly divided 120 cases met above conditions into routine group(60 cases,received routine nursing)and observation group(60 cases,routine nursing plus TCM fuming-wash one);then,compared both groups’ effect,clinical norms,and satisfactory degree on nursing.As results,in total effective rate;in post-nursing score ratings on pain;in the time for pain feeling disappeared,for edema disappeared,for wound-surface exudation resolved,and for wound-surface healing;in patients’ satisfactory degree on nursing,observation group was respectively hgiher,lower,shorter,and higher than routine group(all,P <0.05).Results show that TCM fuming-wash nursing can effectively reduce postoperative pain,shorten wound-surface healing time,uplift patients’ satisfactory degree on nursing,thus is worthy to be popularized to use clinically. |
