换药处置架在行负压引流术糖尿病足换药中的应用

目的探讨在糖尿病足行负压引流术治疗患者日常换药操作中应用换药处置架的临床效果。方法于2018年12月—2019年10月该院所收治糖尿病足患者中抽取64例,均接受负压引流术治疗,按照入选序号的奇偶性将其分为观察组(偶数序号)和对照组(奇数组),其中对照组患者按照常规换药流程进行操作,观察组患者则在换药处置架的辅助下进行换药,对两组患者的操作时间等进行观察分析。结果观察组患者平均换药时间、创面愈合时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者换药期间烦躁发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.497,P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病足患者负压引流术治疗过程中应用换药处置架,可有效提高医护人员换药清创操作效率,有利于减轻患者不适感。

Application of Dressing Change Disposal Rack in Dressing Change of Diabetic Foot under Negative Pressure Drainage

Objective To explore the clinical effect of applying the dressing rack in the daily dressing operation of diabetic foot treated with negative pressure drainage.Methods From December 2018 to October 2019,64 cases of diabetic foot patients were selected from the hospital and all received negative pressure drainage treatment.According to the parity of the selected serial numbers,they were divided into observation group(even serial number)and control group(odd group),the patients in the control group were operated in accordance with the routine dressing change procedure,and the patients in the observation group were changed dressing with the aid of the dressing changing rack,and the operation time of the two groups of patients were observed and analyzed.Results The average dressing change time and wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of irritability during dressing change of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.497,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dressing change treatment racks in the treatment of diabetic foot patients with negative pressure drainage can effectively improve the efficiency of dressing change and debridement for medical staff and help alleviate patient discomfort.
