Analysis of the Curative Effect of Haitang Xiaoke Decoction Combined with Metformin and Insulin in the Treatment of Diabetes and Its Influence on Blood Glucose Control and Glycosylated Hemoglobin

Objective To explore the effect of Haitang Xiaoke Decoction combined with metformin and insulin on glycated hemoglobin and blood sugar in diabetic patients.Methods From October 2018 to September 2019,62 diabetic patients treated in the hospital were selected for retrospective analysis,and they were divided into control group and study group with 31 cases each.The 31 patients in the control group were treated with conventional metformin combined with insulin;the patients in the study group were treated with Haitang Xiaoke Decoction in addition to metformin combined with insulin therapy.Compared the effect of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.77%,which was significantly better than that of the control group.The effective rate of conventional treatment was 74.19%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the 2 hPG(8.02±1.02)mmol/L,HbAlc(6.12±0.32)%,FPG(6.34±0.65)mmol/L,significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the study group of the score(11.42±2.56)points was significantly better than the control group's(16.96±3.36)points after treatment and also better than the pre-treatment score of(21.42±6.20)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For diabetic patients,choosing Haitang Xiaoke Decoction combined with metformin and insulin therapy can achieve better results,improve the effective rate of treatment,and effectively control the blood glucose level of diabetic patients.
