Clinical effect of extracorporeal lithotripsy combined with total attack and drainage method on ureteral calculi

Objective To observe the application ffet of extracorporeal lithotripsy combined with total attack and drainage method in ureteral calculi.Methods Fire hundred patients with ureteral calculi treated in our hospital from May 2015 to August 2017 were sected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was given traditional extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.On this basis,the general attack and stone method was given for treatment.The differences of stone removal,postoperative recovery,adverse reaction rate and satisfaction rate between the two groups were ob-served.Results In the observation group,the stone removal rate was 92.0%,and the stone removal time was(7.15+1.08)days,which was sigificantly lower than that of the control group[62.0%,(9.87+1.13)days](1=63.523,12.305,P<0.001).At 1 month and 3 months after treatment,the Q0L of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Q_maxlevel was high-er than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=1.850,2.670,-8.761,-6.267,P<0.05),There was no significant difference in the incidence of hematuria,fe-ver and pain between the two groups(x²=1.008,P=0.315).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(92.00%).The was significance(x²=9.474,P=0.002).Conclusions The extracorporeal lithotripsy combined with the total attack and drainage method is ffective in the treatmert of ureteral calculi,which can improve the postoperative urination funection,and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,and has a good clinical application value for improving patient satisfaction.
